A music video titled ‘Chura Dance’ by Tanzanian singer, Snura Mushi has been banned by the Tanzanian ministry of Information, Culture, Arts and Sports.
The video was banned for being too explicit, even though it didn’t feature any nudity or sex scene.
According to the Tanzanian authorities, Chura dance was banned on ‘moral grounds’.
The video which was shot and directed by ‘Pablo‘ featured women on the beach, decently dressed in colourful Tanzanian dress, twerking with a whole lot of ease.
