#EndSARs: Protesters make N10m in 30 hours
One of the pioneers of the End SARs campaign, Oreoluwa Shonibare, has revealed how the struggle has made 10 million naira in 30 hours.
According to her, the money was made through donations from startups.
Oreoluwa took to twitter to encourage Nigerians to support the brands that made the donation.
She wrote:
“Startups have coughed out almost N10m to support #EndSarsProtests in 30 hours. Not just tweets, but an active costly support. That’s showing they care. Almost none have 1,000,000 active users on their products. Nigerian banks have 10m+ (+40% youths) users and still NO TWEET.”
