A young lady has lost her life in the most shocking manner two days to her wedding ceremony in Nigeria.

The woman identified as Fatima Abubakar who is only 16-year-old was reported dead after slipping into a well.

According to reports she fell at her bridal shower in Danbatta.

Narrating how the incident happened, the father of the deceased revealed that late Fatima stood very close to the well when the accident happened at her aunt’s home on Wednesday, where she was celebrating with friends.

According to him, his daughter was very excited about the wedding because she and her fiancé were very much in love and they could not wait to officially become husband and wife.

The deceased father whose identity was not revealed in the BBC report added that the guests who were expected to attend the wedding event were thrown in a state of mourning.
