Actress and show host, Nancy Isime has been told to beware of demons after she shared a picture showing her meditating by the sea.

The actress shared the picture with a caption which expresses how great the experience is.

She wrote:

“M E D I T A T I O N

Waking up just at Sunrise to meditate by the beachfront was always a great way to kickstart my peaceful day during my time off.

Peace of mind is number 1 on my priority list and I understand to achieve this, I must search within myself.

My journey to self-realization, self-love and self-contentment is very demanding!! But I wouldn’t trade it for anything in the world.”

A follower who reacted to the picture warned her that her practice could get her possessed with demons from the sea.
