Reality TV star Kim Kardashian made a major real estate decision while under the influence of a weed gummy during a girls’ trip to Palm Springs, California.
In season 8, episode 5 of Hulu’s The Kardashians, the SKIMS co-founder, 46, travelled to her mother Kris Jenner’s Palm Springs home alongside Kris, her sister Khloé Kardashian, and cast members from her upcoming Netflix comedy, The Fifth Wheel, including Nikki Glaser, Brenda Song and Fortune Feimster.
As the women boarded a jet bound for the desert city, Kim announced she had brought gifts. After takeoff, she asked if anyone was interested in “taking one” of her gifts.
“Oh, Kim’s bringing the gummies,” Kris, 71, said in a confessional interview.
“I’m so excited because when Kris Jenner and gummies get involved, it is a recipe for success,” Khloé said.
“I’ve had one maybe once or twice, and I could not stop laughing,” Kris added. “So, guess what, I’m up for a good time.”
Once the group arrived, they toured the backyard and noted that Kylie Jenner owned the home next door. They then walked through a series of hidden pathways connecting the properties.
“We made these,” Kim explained. “So we can all get to each other the back way instead of going the front way.”
Kim noted that the house between her and Kylie’s property was on the market, giving her the idea to connect all three estates.
“Can you imagine?” Kim asked. “It just continued our little backyard connections? That would be so much fun.”
Kim then suggested the group “sneak in” by driving one of her golf carts into the listed home’s backyard. The women agreed, and they hopped in the vehicle.
“I mean, it’s definitely trespassing,” Kim said in a confessional. “Don’t try this at home, guys.”
After unloading from the cart, the group made their way to the expansive backyard.
“So I could buy this and have a closer lot and a better thing,” Kim said as she inspected the property.
“I don’t know anything about how much it is, but you should buy it,” Feimster suggested.
Kim returned after speaking with a realtor and said, “He offered me the same price, so if I just sell one for half, then I’m close to Kylie, and this view is so much better.”
In a confessional, Khloé confirmed: “She bought it. She actually bought it, so all of this works out for the best.”
Kim then thanked the group for helping her make the decision, to which the women cheered.
“Anytime you need to break and enter into an open house, we’re here,” Song said with a laugh.
“Just call us when you have a deal you wanna make,” Feimster added.
