Geoffrey Onyeama reacts to demolition of Nigerian High Commission building in Ghana
Foreign Affairs Minister of Nigeria, Geoffrey Onyeama, has reacted to the demolition of a new building under construction in the Nigerian High Commission in Accra, Ghana.
Geoffrey Onyeama took to his social media page to condemn the actions of the “outrageous criminal attacks” on the Nigerian High Commission building in Ghana that was demolished.
He further said that urgent action has been demanded by the Ghanaian government.
He wrote;
We strongly condemn two outrageous criminal attacks in Accra, #Ghana, on a residential building in our diplomatic premises by unknown persons in which a bulldozer was used to demolish the building.
We are engaging the Ghanaian Government and demand urgent action to find the perpetrators and provide adequate protection for Nigerians and their property in Ghana. #StayHomeSaveLives #COVID19
