A former Disney World Mickey Mouse impersonator was among nearly 300 people arrested by police in a human trafficking and child-predator sting in Florida, TMZ has learned.
The Polk County Sheriff’s Office announced Friday that investigators from seven agencies arrested 281 suspects in the operation. Among them was 24-year-old Collin Klaco, the former Mickey Mouse impersonator.
Cops said Klaco told officers he would wear his Mickey Mouse costume to entertain children at Disney World. Polk County Sheriff Grady Judd said at a press conference that Klaco spoke in a “spooky, high-pitched voice.”
According to the sheriff, Klaco sent online messages to an undercover detective posing as the guardian of a 13-year-old boy.
Klaco said he wanted to meet the underage teen for “wetting accidents, blowjobs, hand jobs, diaper changing time sex, potty training time blowjobs, getting bred, being diapered up, and being diaper changed.”
Police said Klaco then drove to a vacation home in Polk County, where undercover detectives were waiting for him.
When Klaco arrived, he was immediately taken into custody by detectives, who also said they found diapers and wipes he allegedly brought for the sexual encounter.
Law enforcement sources told TMZ that Chris Hansen, known for “To Catch a Predator,” came out to interview Klaco and others caught in the sting.
Hansen’s life’s work taking down child sexual predators is the subject of the 2026 film “PrimeTime,” in which he is played by Robert Pattinson.
Police said Klaco was booked in the Polk County jail for traveling to meet a minor, use of a computer to solicit a guardian, use of a two-way communication device to commit a felony, and attempted lewd and lascivious battery on a minor.
At the press conference, Sheriff Judd discussed the massive effort of arresting 281 suspects with the help of their law enforcement partners. Florida Attorney General James Uthmeier also spoke, praising law enforcement for a job well done and vowing to pursue the cases brought forward by the operation.
