Donald Trump will go down memory lane as the 45th elected president of the United States of America after defeating fiercest rival, Hillary Clinton on Tuesday’s presidential election.
Trump, of the Republican party will now have to take over the White House ‘affairs’ from Barrack Obama who had been the ‘caretaker’ for the past eight years.
Obama had (prior to the announcement of the winner) shown total support for Hillary Clinton, asking Americans to “do to her what you did to me” but his candidate eventually lost out to the business mogul who has been plagued with series of scandals.
Obama and his successor met for the first time a few hours ago and had to both shake hands during a meeting. But the look on their faces showed friction between the pair and Obama’s reluctance to look into the eyes of the incoming president.
