The internet never forgets.

True, that statement may point out a terrifying fact about the internet that stuffs earlier posted online, then later deleted are never fully deleted on the internet. They are always stored somewhere.

However, apart from that fact, folks online too are always throwing up memories, either deliberately or by sheer serendipity. On Tuesday though, folks intentionally called to mind the memories of 1999 with the hashtag #WhatWereYouDoingIn1999.

One of the most motivational experiences was of a man on twitter, Attai @Dacosta9110 who shared his transformation from being a fuel attendant in 1999 to becoming a Finance Manager in 2017.

“Your sincerely as a Pump attendant in 1999 and as a Finance Manager in 2017. Don’t give up on your dreams,” Attai said.
