Nigerian comic actor and college lecturer, Afeez Oyetoro, popularly known as Saka, has buried his late mother according to Islamic rites.

The actor’s mother died on Thursday, aged 92.

The 56-year-old posted photos of his mother’s burial on his Instagram page adding that she has gone to meet his late father.

“Finally I have now joined the club of orphans aka “omo orukan”.My Mum has joined my late Dad her late husband about 40 hours ago.

“May her soul and the souls of others who have also joined their wives or husbands down there rest in perfect peace… IT IS WELL,” Saka wrote.

WuzupNaija reports that Saka, who has appeared in many movie and adverts, including Wedding Party, Ojukokoro and a 2013 MTN advert, teaches drama at the Adeniran Ogunsanya College of Education, Ijanikin in Lagos State.

He was the former Head of the Department of Theatre Arts at the institution.
