Sapele youths protest constant power outage, over billing
Residents of Sapele, Delta State on Friday took to the streets to register their displeasure with the Power Holding Company Of Nigeria (PHCN).
The residents expressed anger over constant power outrage and exorbitant estimated electricity bills the power company brings every month.
The protesters blocked major roads in the town, accusing leaders of their communities of nonchalance since the leaders enjoy 24-hour electricity.
