PHOTOS: Buhari, Osinbajo, others at 2021 Armed Forces Remembrance Day
The President, Major General Muhammadu Buhari (retd) and Vice President Yemi Osinbajo on Friday led the charge to honour the country’s fallen heroes.
A host of other top government officials and members of the diplomatic corps paid respect to the heroes in the remembrance event held at the National Arcade, opposite Eagles Square, Three Arms Zone, in the Federal Capital Territory (FCT).
Also in attendance were the President of the Senate, Ahmed Lawan; Speaker of the House of Representatives, Femi Gbajabiamila; and the Chief Justice of Nigeria, Tanko Muhammadu, and the nation’s security chiefs.
