A Nigerian lady took to the micro-blogging platform, Twitter, to narrate how she was physically assaulted by her boss while accusing him of exploiting her.

The lady with the username @Onyinye said she worked as a digital marketer, content creator, social media handler and a graphics designer. She also claimed that she was also a food buyer, office cleaner and a plate washer which was not part of her job description.

Narrating how the altercation started, Onyinye said her boss got into his office by 3 pm and went straight into his office because he had visitors.

She claimed she usually asked him if he wanted her to order food for him but failed to ask him because she assumed that he ate from where he was coming from.

Later around 4 pm, Onyinye claimed her boss asked her to go and buy food for him and she agreed, even though it was already time for her to go back home.

According to her, she went to buy the food but on getting there, she forgot that she didn’t ask her boss for his card pin. She also claimed she didn’t go with her phone and that she had to borrow someone’s phone to call him at the restaurant.

After getting his card pin, she proceeded to pay for the food but the card was declined due to insufficient funds.

Onyinye said she went back to the office to explain to her boss why she couldn’t buy the food again. After explaining to him what happened, she alleged that her boss asked her to go back to the restaurant and buy the food but she refused because it was already late.

After she refused to go back to the restaurant, she was asked to drop the company’s properties which led her to demand to be paid for the month she worked for the company and her boss agreed to pay her.

Sharing photos of her battered face, the lady claimed that her boss slapped her twice during their altercation and that her phone got broken in the process.
