Haaland hits hattrick as City trash Fulham

Manchester City maintained their perfect Premier League record with a 5-1 victory over Fulham at the Etihad Stadium, thanks to a hat-trick from Erling Haaland.
The first 30 minutes of the game were uneventful, with neither side managing to get a shot on goal. However, City eventually took the lead when Haaland’s pass found Julian Alvarez at the back post, who scored from close range.
Fulham responded quickly when Ederson failed to hold onto Raul Jimenez’s volley, allowing Tim Ream to score from close range. But City regained the lead just before halftime when Nathan Ake scored with a powerful shot.
In the second half, Haaland scored his first goal of the game after receiving a pass from Alvarez. He then added a second goal from the penalty spot after Alvarez was fouled in the box by Issa Diop.
Haaland completed his hat-trick in stoppage time with another penalty. Despite playing without manager Pep Guardiola on the touchline, City secured all three points against a determined Fulham side.
