Kaduna State Governor, Mallam Nasir el-Rufai has become a grandfather after his son, Bashir, welcomed a set of twins.

Bashir shared the news with his followers on his verified Twitter handle on Sunday.

According to the governor’s son, his wife – Halima Kazaure and their identical twin boys are in good condition.

“Alhamdulillah. My wife just gave birth to beautiful, identical twin boys. Mother is doing great. Father is ecstatic. Thank you, Allah. It was all you,” Bashir tweeted.

Recall that Bashir tied the knot with Halima who is the daughter of a former senator from Jigawa State, Ibrahim Kazaure, on November 21, 2020, in Abuja.
