Fani-Kayode mourns passing of veteran journalist, Ogunsanwo
Former Aviation Minister, Femi Fani-Kayode has mourned the passing of veteran Nigerian journalist, Gbolabo Ogunsanwo.
The deceased was the former editor of Daily Times Newspaper died on November 27, according to reports.
Reacting to his death on social media, Dani-Kayode dubbed the former Editor of the mass circulating Sunday Times as one of Nigeria’s greatest essayists and writers.
He prayed that the Lord comfort the family of the deceased.
His tweet read: “Just heard about the passing of one of Nigeria’s greatest essayists and writers, Egbon Gbolabo Ogunsanwo, the former editor of Daily Times. A wonderful man who played a key role in the June 12th struggle by inspiring many of us with his essays. The Lord comfort his family. RIP.”
