Darius Khobo of the Kaduna State High Court on Thursday sentenced Isah Haruna a fake car dealer, to three months imprisonment for N2 million fraud.

The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), Kaduna Zonal Office, charged Haruna with fraud and impersonation.

Delivering judgment, Justice Khobo, gave the convict an option to pay a fine of N150,000.

Earlier, Counsel to EFCC, E.K. Garba, told the court that Haruna committed the offence in June 2019, in Zaria, Kaduna State.
