COVID-19 deaths reach 974 in Nigeria
The Nigeria Center for Disease Control (NCDC) on Saturday night revealed that 974 persons have lost their lives to coronavirus in the country.
According to a tweet from the NCDC, 325 persons got infected with the virus on Saturday, bringing the total number of confirmed cases in the country to 48, 770.
36,290 patients have so far been discharged, NCDC said
Lagos State had the highest number of cases on Saturday at 87 followed by the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) at 49.
