BREAKING: President Buhari refuses to sign Electoral Act amendment bill, writes N’Assembly
President Muhammadu Buhari on Tuesday wrote a letter to the National Assembly informing the lawmakers of his decision to withhold assent to the Electoral Act amendment bill.
The letter was reportedly read to the members of the House of Representatives on the floor by the Speaker, Yakubu Dogara.
