BBNaija: My team betrayed me – Whitemoney
Former Big Brother Naija winner and All Stars housemate, Whitemoney, has shared his experiences and feelings of betrayal during his participation in the ongoing All Stars edition of the reality TV show.
In an interview with media personality Hero Daniels, Whitemoney candidly discussed his journey on the show.
One of the significant challenges Whitemoney faced was the hacking of his Instagram account, which boasts 1.9 million followers.
He revealed that his Instagram page had been compromised twice during the All Stars season.
The hackers even demanded a hefty sum of $10,000 for its release. Fortunately, fellow celebrities Prince and Tunde Ednut came to his aid in recovering his account.
Whitemoney also expressed his disappointment and a sense of betrayal by his own campaign team. He alleged that his team had sold his votes, which likely contributed to his eviction from the show. In his own words, “Yes, my votes got sold by my own team. Internally, I was betrayed. I didn’t go on the show to win, and I knew I was not going to win.”
Reflecting on his time in the All Stars house, Whitemoney stated, “During my stay in the All-Star House, I was facing both internal and external battles. And I felt it. Things were happening.”
These internal conflicts and betrayals had a profound impact on his overall experience during the All Stars edition.
Whitemoney also shared his prediction that a female contestant would emerge as the winner of the All Stars show. He believed that his chances of winning were slim due to the challenges he faced both within and outside the Big Brother Naija platform.
Whitemoney, who won the ‘Shine Ya Eye’ edition of Big Brother Naija in 2021, has garnered a massive following and remains a beloved figure in the Nigerian entertainment industry.
