ALMOST THREE YEARS IN EFCC’S CUSTODY! Court grants Sambo Dasuki N200 million bail
Col. Sambo Dasuki (retd) was on Monday granted N200, 000 million bail by a Federal High Court sitting in Abuja.
Sambo, who is the immediate-past National Security Adviser has been in the custody of the Department of State Service for two and a half years.
Justice Ijeoma Ojukwu of the Federal High Court while delivering judgment on the suit filed by the ex-NSA in March 2018, ruled that his detention since December 29, 2015, amounted to a violation of his right to liberty.
