Ghanaian singer, Kelvyn Boy, has been remanded in police custody after being dragged to Adentan Circuit Court for allegedly assaulting his baby mama.
According to reports, the singer was remanded after he reportedly kicked his babymama on the ribs and used an iron rod to hit her back and right-hand several times.
Kelvyn Boy’s bail application will be heard by Mrs Sedinam Awo Balokah today, Wednesday, February 23, 2022, after he pleaded not guilty to the crimes levelled against him.
MyJoyOnline reported that Prosecuting Chief Superintendent of Police Patience Mario said the complainant Deborah Kponyi is a trader.
Mario said the complainant and the accused had been in a relationship for more than 10 years and have two daughters.
