A die hard Liverpool fan in Iganga town, Uganda, identified as Yusuf Kalange, who had stroke last week while watching the English Premier League game between Manchester United and Arsenal has died.
The 67-year-old politician who is also football lover had a seizure after Arsenal’s Olivier Giroud equalized in the 89th minute against Manchester United. He was very optimistic that Manchester United was going to win the game.
The son of the deceased Yakuti Kalange in a post shared on his Facebook page confirmed that his father died in the morning at Nsambya hospital.
Yakuti said his father had stroke on November 20, and was rushed to Nile International hospital in Jinja before he was later transferred to Nsambya hospital in Kampala where he eventually died.
