Internet sensation, Tacha Akide, better known as Symply Tacha, has been named the 2019 Social Media Influencer of the year by Scream Awards.
WuzupNigeria reports that Tacha was disqualified from the 2019 Big Brother Naija [BBNaija] Pepper Dem Gang reality TV show after an altercation with eventual winner, Mercy Eke. But, despite her disqualification are fans have remained steadfast, making sure she trends daily on Twitter.
Tacha’s fans’ steadfastness was repaid on Thursday after she was nominated under the ‘Social media Influencer of the year’ category of Scream Awards 6th edition, alongside other nominees, and she emerged the winner.
Scream Awards since its inception in 2014 has celebrated individuals in different sectors.
