The Nigerian Police has once again blocked the Bring Back Our Girls Movement from marching to the Presidential villa.
Recently, the BBOG group intensified its call for the rescue of the more than 200 girls captured by Boko Haram since April 2014.
On about three occasions in August, the group was barred by security agents from marching to see the presidents. But when they were blocked again on Tuesday, one of the group leaders, former Minister for Education, Oby Ezekwesili took to tweeter to ask the government thought provoking questions.
She questioned why the police was used to stop the peaceful protest and why the relationship between journalist Hammed Salkida and the security agency suddenly turned sour to the point of arresting him.
Today makes it 876 days since the girls were kidnapped from their school in Chibok, Borno State.
Here are some of the questions raised by the group leader.
Our movement @BBOG_Nigeria was aware that the FG –the DSS — had Journalist Salkida ASSISTING them. WHAT CHANGED? PUBLIC DESERVES INFO.
