VIDEO: Ghana Statistical Service head suffers stroke on live tv
The Head of Ghana Statistical Service (GSS), Prof. Samuel Kobina Annin, suffered a stroke on live TV.
This occurred while he was addressing the public on the ongoing Population and Housing Census which commenced on 13th June 2021.
In the now-viral video, Professor Annim went speechless and later began to stammer and shake on stage while speaking to the audience.
Some people from the audience managed to help take him away to the hospital to get proper medical attention.
Prof. Annin was appointed as Government Statistical in 2019. He assumed duty on March 1, 2019.
