Pandemonium erupted at Idogbo Secondary School in Benin City, Edo State when irate students went on the rampage, attacking academic officials and vandalising properties.
The protesting students were said to have attacked their principal and a police officer in the premises.
Although the reason for their outrage was unknown as of the time of filing this report, eyewitnesses disclosed that the hapless school principal was compelled to invite the police to restore order.
In a viral video made available to WuzupNigeria, the students were spotted forcing their way into the principal’s office which was eventually vandalised.
