Mixed Martial Arts fighter, Israel Adesanya has scoffed at a hotel quarantine rule during a recent visit as his Nigerian ingenuity takes over.

The Nigerian-born New Zealand Ultimate Fighting Championship star took to Twitter to jeer at the no microwave police in the hotel.

According to the 31-year-old, the no microwave policy in the hotel initiated to prevent fire hazard was dumb adding that there are five other means of setting the place on fire if he wanted.

Christened ‘The Last Stylebender,’ Adesanya was seen improvising with an iron to heat a pie as he gave credit to Nigeria’s inventiveness.

“Legit one of the dumbest rules of these quarantine hotels is “no microwaves allowed”. Why? Cuz it’s a “FiRe hAZaRd”. I could make a fire with 5 items in this room easy if I wanted to. But man Naija ingenuity prevails once again”

Meanwhile, the UFC Middleweight fighter is expected to be out until September following a six-month suspension after suffering his first defeat to UFC light heavyweight champion, Jan Blachowicz.

Adesanya lost by unanimous decision after five rounds as his bid to become a two-division champion seems to have proved costly.

The Last Stylebender reportedly suffered a foot injury in the five-round main event battle which will keep him out for six months.

He is expected to undergo a left foot and ankle x-ray before his return to the octagon.
