Nollywood producer Ajemba Stanley Chibueze, better known as Stanley Ontop, has taken his ongoing clash with Ratel president Martins Vincent Otse, popularly known as Verydarkman (VDM), to a new level by challenging the activist to a boxing match.
The dispute between the duo has persisted for some time, with Ontop frequently criticising VDM over his social media activities and the people he chooses to target. One of the personalities at the centre of the disagreement is Apostle Arome Osayi, a cleric who has repeatedly come under scrutiny from VDM online.
On Tuesday, 6 October 2026, Ontop used his Instagram account to unveil a fight flyer announcing a proposed boxing contest between himself and VDM.
Details contained in the flyer indicate that the proposed bout is expected to take place in Asaba, Delta State, on 8 November 2026, with the event scheduled to begin at 4 pm. Alongside the announcement, the producer posted AI-generated pictures showing himself and VDM wearing boxing gloves as they prepared for a face-off inside a boxing ring.
Ontop also accompanied the post with a provocative caption in which he directly challenged the activist, writing: “I dare very irresponsible mad man aka pelnise seller, let’s fight… no be by muscle oo. Nkpor blood get single born…accept this and get disgraced by me in the ring.”
As of the time of filing this report, VDM had yet to publicly respond to Ontop’s boxing challenge.
