Nigerian soul singer, Bukola Elemide, popularly known as Asa revealed in an interview with ace presenter, Funmi Iyanda that she lost her virginity when she was 28 years old.

In the video interview whose date and location could not be immediately verified, Asa was seen with Iyanda in front of a crowd. She said she was a late starter and that her mother didn’t have any advice for her on the subject.

The interviewer found the information hard to swallo and she emphasised it to be sure she heard correctly. As the audience began to clap, Asa told them to stop because she isn’t proud to say it.
