Esther Agbaje who won a seat in the Minnesota House of Representatives was congratulated by Governor Kayode Fayemi of Ekiti State where she hails from.

The congratulatory messages from the government officials were slammed by Shehu Sani who said the case would have been different if the Nigerians had failed outside of the country.

“When young people want to relocate overseas to pursue their dreams, you excoriate them, chastise them and discourage them.

“When they succeed, you own them, eulogize them and celebrate them.

“When they fail, you disown them and curse them,” he tweeted.
