Governor Kayode Fayemi of Ekiti has congratulated Esther Agbaje for winning a seat in the Minnesota House of Representatives.

Agbaje got elected after she partook in the 2020 US election of November 4th.

Congratulating her, Fayemi who took to Twitter revealed that he just spoke with her parents who are from Aramoko Ekiti.

”Congratulations to our Ekiti daughter and Harvard graduate for winning a landmark legislative seat into the Minnesota state assembly. I just spoke to her proud parents from Aramoko Ekiti and extended the best wishes of all our people. JKF,” he tweeted.

Agbaje won the election by polling 17,396 votes to defeat her closest rival, Alan Shilepsky, of the Republican Party who polled 4,128 votes.
