Sex for roles: Some ladies dress in a way that would make producers ‘hunt’ them – actor Obazele
Nollywood actor, Paul Obazele, has shared his views on sex-for-roles in the Nigerian movie industry.
The fair-skinned former President of the Association of Movie Producers in Nigeria [AMPN] noted that women, themselves, may be the reason why producers or directors demand sex before they are featured in their films.
He added that such ladies should check how they dress for auditions.
Speaking in a Punch report, Obazele said:
Those who are complaining that producers ask for sex should check how they dress to auditions. I am not supporting the producers but the fact still remains that no reasonable producer or director will reject an actor who can deliver because she has refused to give him sex.
Some ladies dress in a way that would make producers and directors ‘hunt’ them.
The funny thing is that those producers and directors will go after them and after they finish, they would drop them because they had sold themselves cheaply.
