SCALING DOWN: Bauchi reduces number of permanent secretary from 60 to 28
The Governor of Bauchi State, Mohammed Abubakar has announced that the state was scaling down to follow the lean government ideology.
He made the statement on his twitter handle after swearing in 28, permanent secretaries for the state on Tuesday.
“Today, we finalised a part of restructuring our government, scaling down from 60 Permanent Secretaries to 28. Lean government is the way!” the governor tweeted.
“Thankful for the support of our people as we swear in new Permanent Secretaries – together, we’ll build a new Bauchi,” he added.
