Rare video on Nigerian pioneer filmmaker will teach you sound business lessons
Hubert Ogunde is a well-known name in the Nigerian films industry.
Ogunde was an actor, playwright, theatre manager, and musician who founded the first contemporary professional theatrical company in Nigeria, Ogunde Theatre Party.
The late veteran, who featured alongside fifth James Bond actor, Pierce Brosnan in ‘Mister Jonson’ film was able to beat piracy with a unique business model and he was able to make money from the business when many of his contemporary had to struggle to make their capital back.

How did he achieve his unique feat? He didn’t sit back and expect others to do it for him. The veteran actor who died in 1990 at the age of 73 will remain in the memories of Nigerians forever.
