Raheem Okoya, son of Nigerian businessman Razaq Okoya and formerly known as recording artist Siraheem, has announced the start of his first warehouse construction project, marking a new phase in his business pursuits.
Okoya shared images of the ongoing project on Friday, September 25, showing him at the construction site as work progressed on a large steel-frame structure.
In one of the photographs, Okoya is seen in an orange shirt standing within the developing structure, while other images show construction materials, steel beams and workers carrying out various tasks around the site.
Alongside the photographs, he wrote: “Grateful for the safety of every hand on site. The pace hasn’t matched the vision, but we’re moving. My first warehouse, thank you Allah,”
The development comes roughly a month after Okoya announced his decision to leave the music industry. In late August 2026, the entertainer said he was stepping away from music after finding it increasingly difficult to balance the demands of his career with his other responsibilities.
At the time, he thanked fans and people who had supported his musical journey while suggesting that previously unreleased material might still be made available. His announcement also pointed towards a shift in focus, with Okoya indicating that he intended to explore other creative and business opportunities.
The warehouse project now appears to be among those new pursuits, although details about the venture remain limited.
As of Friday evening, neither Okoya nor Eleganza had publicly disclosed the location of the warehouse, its dimensions or the specific purpose for which the facility is being developed.
