Veteran highlife singer, Dr Victor Abimbola Olaiya was buried today May 7 at the Vaults & Garden Cemetery in Ikoyi, Lagos.
Recall that the music legend died at the age of 89 on February 12, 2020, at the Lagos University Teaching Hospital (LUTH).
His private burial ceremony was attended by selected family members and very few friends and also streamed live on Facebook.
The attendees were spotted wearing face masks and also observing social distancing in line with the Lagos State Government rules on curbing the spread of COVID-19.
