Obaseki, Akiolu, others attacked at Oshiomole’s residence
Edo State Governor, Godwin Obaseki, Oba of Lagos, Oba Rilwan Akiolu, and the Chancellor of the Edo University, Dr. Aderemi Makanjuola, were on Saturday attacked at the home of the National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Adams Oshiomhole.
According to a statement signed by Obaseki media aide, Crusoe Osagie, the trio escaped without injuries.
Osagie said that the governor and the other guests had attended the maiden convocation ceremony of the Edo University, Iyahmo, Etsako West Local Government Area of Edo State, when the incident happened.

The varsity is said to be opposite Oshiomhole’s home.
