Celebrity fashion designer Yomi Makun’s reaction to an Instagram post by Big Brother Naija season four first runner up, Mike Edwards has sparked criticisms from Nigerians on social media.

Mike had taken to his IG page to share a photo where he posed with his British athlete wife, Peirresha Shakes-Drayton.

Yomi Casual then took to his Instagram story and wrote:

“If your wife can’t come, you are not going?

“Uncle hungry never beat you! So my wife must follow me to all my private appointments with top personalities hun?” he wrote.

“Abeg talk another thing,” Yomi added.

His reaction has evoked a series of bashing from social media users, especially fans of Mike.

In what looks like a mob attack, fans of the BBNaija star took to Instagram and Twitter to lambaste Yomi over his comment and warned him not to intrude into Mike’s family affair.

Nene Victory tweeted:
