Most of them are prostitutes, Nigerian evangelist gives damning verdict on actresses, singers
A Nigerian Evangelist has described the Nigerian entertainment industry as a hub for incubating prostitutes.
The man identified as Victor Edet sternly warned parents against permitting their female children from going into the industry, saying doing so means they are encouraging their daughters to go into prostitution.
Edet gave the damning verdict in a post he shared on his Facebook page on Friday.
He wrote:
“Parent, do not allow your children to go into the music or movie industry. If you encourage your daughters to go into the Movie or Music industry, it means you are encouraging them to go into prostitution.
“Come to think of this, an actor will act 50 movies, yet he can’t afford to buy a bicycle, but an actress will act just ten movies and she’s already building Estate’s.
“85 percent of those girls are into prostitution.”
