Lagos Assembly rejects three Sanwo-Olu’s cabinet nominees
The Lagos State House of Assembly on Monday rejected three of the cabinet nominees sent to it for approval by Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu.
Those rejected include Mr. Ajayi Bembe, Mr. George Obafemi and Prince Olanrewaju Sanusi.
Meanwhile, the House confirmed the nomination of former Editor of The Nation newspaper, Gbenga Omotoso and the Publicity Secretary of All Progressives Congress (APC) in the state, Joe Igbokwe.

WuzupNigeria reports that Sanwo-Olu sent a second list of commissioner and special adviser nominees to the Assembly last Tuesday for screening and confirmation.
