JUST IN: NLC chairman Ukpekpi abducted again in Cross River
Chairman of Cross River State chapter of the Nigerian Labour Congress, Ben Ukpekpi, was allegedly kidnapped again on Sunday night.
This is the second time that the NLC chairman would fall in the hands of abductors in Calabar, the State capital.
Ukpekpi was reportedly kidnapped in the presence of his wife while standing outside his house at CROSPIL Estate in Calabar.
The union leader was first kidnapped in December 18, 2019 while making a phone call also in front of his house
