Drama as jilted lady attempts to jump in front of speeding vehicles [Video]
A lady who was reportedly jilted by her lover created a mild drama at a police station in Port Harcourt, the Rivers State capital recently as she attempts to jump in front of speeding vehicles.
The heartbroken lady identified simply as Onyechi was said to have gulped a large quantity of dry gin before embarking on the suicidal mission.
According to an eyewitness, Mercy, the lady’s boyfriend dumped her for another lady and the breakup came to her as a rude shock.
Unable to stomach the breakup, Onyechi allegedly took the dry gin and proceed to the main road attempting to throw herself in front of moving vehicles.
She was, however, rescued by passersby and dragged to the Ada George Police station, where her family members were said to have been contacted.
A video of the lady at the police station is presently making the round on the internet.
In the viral footage, the lady who looks exhausted was seen lying on the floor of the station’s corridor.
While she was being questioned by the police officers, she managed to stand up and started running towards the highway where she had been rescued from killing herself.

The police officers could be heard screaming “hold that girl,” as she was running.
A man in mufti who was also present at the scene ran after her and apprehended her, preventing her from committing suicide.
