HUMAN TRAFFICKING! Edo youths nab man who sold Nigerian girls into slavery in Libya [Video]
A yet to be identified young man has been apprehended by some youths in Edo State for allegedly selling Nigerian girls into slavery in Libya.
It was gathered that the man allegedly sold some Nigerian girls who were looking for greener pastures in Europe into slavery during their stay in Libya.
In the video that has gone viral online, the man was accosted by some youths who accused him of selling country girls into slavery.
The suspect who is allegedly called “the ghetto boss” was seen giving some slaps as he was being dragged away by the angry youths.
Recall that a 26-year-old girl from Edo State, Odion Saliu, a Libyan returnee and a trained hairdresser revealed that she was kidnapped and handed over to a Nigerian, who forced her to call her mother to request for money.
Saliu said her mother paid N200, 000 from Benin City for her release but after she was again sold by the same Nigerian for 3,000 dinars (about N794, 000).
