Imo State former Governor, Ikedi Ohakim, took a tour of the Achingali water scheme built by his administration in 2009.

This was made known in the pictures shared on the Facebook page of one Chidiebube Okeoma.

The former governor after the inspection reportedly shed tears over the dilapidated state of the giant water project. The ex-governor who blamed the current administration for abandoning the water scheme, said the project was then commissioned by the late president and commander – in – Chief, Musa Ya’dua.

He said his administration built about 1,930 water projects in almost every nook and cranny of the state, because they wanted to make sure that there is water in every kitchen in Imo State.
