Squid Game: Parents bar teen actress who voiced ‘Red Light Green Light’ doll from watching series
Ten-year-old squid game actress, Reagan To, who voiced the Red Light, Green Light doll, has disclosed that her parents have refused to let her watch the Netflix series.
Speaking on why she was barred, To, who appeared on ‘The Morning Show’ programme said that their reason had everything to do with the fact that she is still a minor.
‘I have not watched any of it,’ she said.
According to her, she managed to fleetingly hear her voice in one scene ‘right before the violence’ began, but her mother abruptly turned off the TV.
Daily Mail reports that the scene in question, captures when To voices a giant doll overseeing a deadly children’s game as contestants are mercilessly gunned down.
‘Even my brother – he’s 14 – my parents don’t even allow him to watch it,’ said To.
