Actress and fitness ethusiast, Kate Henshaw, has urged her fans and followers to desist from overly explaining themselves to people.
In a Tweet on Wednesday, Kate Henshaw said some will always doubt people with good intentions, no matter how good they are.
She also added that despite how fast lies travel, the truth will slowly crawl out.
“Some people will always doubt your intentions, no matter how good. Stop fretting and over explaining.”
“God sees your heart. Indeed, He does. Lies travel faster than the speed of light while the truth crawls slowly forward,” she said.
