COVID-19: KLEENOL disinfects Lagos
In a bid to curtail the deadly COVID-19 pandemic ravaging the country, KLENOR NIG LTD in conjunction with construction giant, Julius Beger Nigeria Plc. and an assortment of health, safety, and environmental organizations like Viprone, D Fortune and German Tech. last weekend completed the fumigation of major highways, markets and bus stop in Lagos state.
According to a statement released by the organization (KLENOR), it announced commitment in providing corporate social responsibility to health and safety as the world battles Coronavirus pandemic.
The statement reads :
“At KLEENOL, we see CSR in the age of COVID-19 as a commitment of giving back to the society by providing an environmentally sensitive service to health and safety as the world is facing a major pandemic Coronavirus”.
While commenting on KLEENOL NIG LTD health intervention in Lagos state in conjunction with relevant bodies, Lagos state commissioner for Environment, Mr. Tunji Bello, ably represented by his Director, Sanitation Services, Dr. Hassan Sanuth, commended these corporate organizations for their initiative and robust identification with the health and safety needs of the state government and its people.
