Published

American singer and songwriter, Chris Brown, has been slammed with a new sexual assault allegation.

TMZ reports that the lawsuit was filed by a 32-year-old artist identified as Jane Doe, who is a professional singer, dancer, model and choreographer.

According to the suit, Doe stated that she was facetiming her friend when Brown grabbed the phone and told her to come to Diddy’s home on Miami’s Star Island immediately.

Upon getting there, she was offered a mixed drink in the kitchen afterwhich both of them indulged in conversations about her music career.

The complainant states that everything was fine until Brown refilled her cup.

After drinking this, Doe said she felt “a sudden, unexplained change in consciousness.”

She stated that she suddenly began to feel “disoriented, physically unstable, and started to fall in and out of sleep”.

Later on, he allegedly led her “drugged” and “half-asleep” self into a bedroom.

In the suit, the woman claims Brown closed the bedroom door, barring her attempt to leave, removed her bikini bottoms and started kissing her. She says she mumbled for Chris to stop, but he persisted and raped her.

Doe claims Brown ejaculated inside her, jumped up and announced he was “done.”

She further claimed that the next day Chris texted her and demanded she take Plan B.

Now, she’s suing Chris for $20 million in damages, claiming that the alleged rape is causing her severe emotional distress.
