A “notorious” diesel thief was recently caught in Awka while attempting to steal diesel from the tank of a car.

According to reports, the man’s hand was mysteriously trapped because the owner of the car had reportedly placed charms on his car.

WuzupNaija gathered that the unidentified man was in the habit of scoping diesel but ran out of luck this time.

In the video of the bizarre incident posted on Facebook by Anambra Broadcasting Service, the man could be seen writhing in pains as tried to get his hands out of the tank.

A small crowd could also be seen asking him questions while some made attempts to pull his charmed hand out of the tank.

The Facebook post reads,

“Drama in Awka this morning as a young man who is in the habit of scooping diesel secretly from peoples’ vehicles was mysteriously trapped by a ‘juju’ placed by the owner of a vehicle he was stealing from.”
